phmcao Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phmcao platform – including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, and any related features – you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with phmcao's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of phmcao, including registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any person accessing phmcao's content. phmcao reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phmcao, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phmcao, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phmcao or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

phmcao reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on phmcao. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address.
• Keep your login credentials – username and password – strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phmcao immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

phmcao shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted identification documents include: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, and voter's ID.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on phmcao are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phmcao supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at phmcao's discretion.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your phmcao account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• phmcao does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• phmcao aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• phmcao reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phmcao offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. phmcao reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• phmcao reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other fraudulent means – will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on phmcao are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• phmcao uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as communicated by the dealer and displayed on screen.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and outcomes are determined in accordance with phmcao's Sports Betting Rules, available on the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, phmcao reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. phmcao shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Bets placed after the official close of a market or event will be voided and stakes returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phmcao and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation in connection with sports betting markets on phmcao.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the phmcao platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

phmcao is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders to alert them after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through phmcao's support team.

By registering on phmcao, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phmcao implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phmcao cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phmcao platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks – is the exclusive property of phmcao or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of phmcao's content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmcao and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service thereon.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any third-party conduct or content accessible through the platform.

phmcao's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

phmcao reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason phmcao deems appropriate. Upon termination for cause, phmcao may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting phmcao's support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phmcao operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and all applicable Philippine gaming laws.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phmcao reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phmcao will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of phmcao following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
